Tim is a third-generation builder. His family has been building in and around Abilene for more than 78 years. He has been going to construction sites since the age of five watching the different tradesmen doing their jobs and gaining knowledge of various types of construction. It was always great when there was a sand pile to play in and learn to do dirt work. With that type of long-term experience and the work ethic instilled in him by his father, he learned to do things right, without cutting corners. Tim says he is still learning to this day, keeping up with new products and practices to build better houses. In 2013 he had the opportunity to leave the partnership with his two brothers and started designing and building custom homes, as well as homes that are built with his design team and are finished and move-in ready.

Tim says “Yes homebuilding is my business, but I get complete satisfaction when I see how happy customers are when they move into their brand-new home that I have built. It’s not just a sale. It’s personal. For me, it’s all about the customer and how I can provide them a quality product that they will love and make memories in for years to come.”

On a personal note, Tim and his wife Loy have been married for more than 29 years. Both came from large families, having no children except two fur babies Fancy and LuLu. They also have 39 nieces & nephews, 33 great nieces & nephews, 10 great-great nieces and seven nephews.
